Approx. 3 hrs. 45 mins. Before Flight

3 hours and 45 minutes before the flight to ShangHai.

Cant really describe, no eagerness, no worries, no feelings nothning at all . . . . .

My language almost packed, and i have written my will. Weird person am i? I usually prepare for the worst. Though i manage to see some of my friends last weekend but i truly wanted to see only one person, lest it became my regret. . . .

Nevertheless, life continues and the time tickles by . . . .

How i wish if i could turn the clock and just freeze it there. . . . watching peacefully the dazzling brightness and immerse myself into absorbing every moment.

Hopefully we will c each other soon. . . . . . .

I guess i better stop thinking about this, i do not want the same situation to happen again. Perhaps either, let nature mould the path for me or i will make a path myself.

Virus Are they Artificial Intelligence?

Today Bio lecture was on the lysogenic cycle of Viruses.

For simplicity, viruses will infect host cell by injecting viral DNA/ RNA into the host cell which will cause host cell's genetic material to be hydrolysed and host cell's cellular metabolism is taken over to replicate copies of viral DNA/ RNA and thus "reproduce" more copies of the virus. Usually the virus will cause the host cell to lyse when it emerges from the host cell. This is the Lytic cycle

However, in lysogenic cycle, viral DNA/ RNA combines with the host cell DNA/ RNA and lay dormant in them replicating along with the rest of the genetic material. Well according to my notes, when environmental changes the viral DNA/ RNA will excise itself from the host cell DNA/ RNA and initiate the process similar to lytic cycle where in the end, new viruses are still created, and host cell lysed.

Likewise i happen to be unsure of the idea of when environment changes, so i ask Ms Tan, apparently the answer i got was that when the viral DNA/ RNA detects any external threats or changes in the environment, it will excise itself from the host genetic material. Thus, when the virus feels the need to "reproduce" copies of itself, it will enter the induction process.

Well this sets me thinking. . . . . According to the explaination, it seems like virus could communicate with each other. Imagine the senario. . . . . . Virus Alpha Squad Scout to Virus Alpha Squad Leader " Sir, severe heat storm apporaching!" Virus Alpha Squad Leader " alright Alpha Squad get out of ur slumber! pack up and move out! GOGOGOGO !!!! " then the virus troops march out of the dense forest of cytoplasm, destroying it in the process.

Lols imagine virus could really communicate, guess this will be the end of humman kind, if they are able to communicate, our vaccinations will tend to have a very short period of effectiveness as the other virus could learn of the effects and thus develop immunity to it.

Welcome back to reality

LONG LONG TIME no update

Firstly lets talk about results, totally disappointed and its the first time my mind went blank not due to results but to other reason. Realised that i had been playing excessively or can say its is an addiction since Sec 2

LUCKILY yes its by luck i got ADVANCED. Thanks Ms Lai, and the rest of the teachers who gave me the chance to continue with 08S302 in the final half lap of the race.

Next up line, Project Work. Though it is over, i would say its a pleasant journey till now, though i tend to screw up in my OP trails but still it is memorable and most importantly i learnt a few good life pointers.

Cant say how much i miss 4DL, though we are in separate paths, but nonetheless, the bond and friendship is still there specially the old group, Bao Long aka Lawrence (still dun noe why he change name), Hui May , Qi Min.

Coming upfront, the CHINA TRIP, lols going there to train. . . . . . . . .

Its my first time on a plance to a country so far away ...... ShangHai to be specific.

Alot to mention but will not type it in. . . . . . . . . .
