Hahas ! ! ! ! ! the drama of the year i have been waiting, although it has not been air in Singapore yet, but it was broadcasted in China since 19 of July 2008 at Xia Men, China.

Hahas ! ! ! ! Ariel Lin as Huang Rong (黄蓉) and Huge as Guo Jing (郭靖), i think the director made the right choice. Ariel and Huge make the best on screen couple i ever seen since 天外飞仙 also starring both as main protagonists.

Huang Rong protrayed by Ariel seems to surpass all the other versions of Huang Rong protrayed by various actors through a few editions of the novel made in to Television drama series.Not only did Ariel protrayed Huang Rong (one of my favourite characters in the condor trilogy or perhaps of all JinYong's novels) as what i thought she would be while i reading the book. Highly Intelligent, heretical, beautiful, adorable and most importantly her love for Guo Jing.

Its a good edition to watch. BTW i simply cant understand the fans of LOCH version 1983, though its widely claim that the 1983 edition is the most notable one, i however with my usual heretical stands and of my opinions do not agree. Babara Yung who protrayed Huang Rong in the 1983 series simply creates a Violent Huang Rong who almost every instance threw her frustrations at Guo Jing which is not that case in the novel. Although i myself is a fanof Ariel, i truely prefer she version of Huang Rong as what she given me as a viewer is that Huang Rong not only is intelligent, but also understanding and ready to scarifice herself for Guo Jing.
