Cant do pull up lol ..... not even 1
Btw matter of fact -------- i failed every NAFA test since Pri 1 (NOOB SIA)

More over ppl always thought that ppl in sports CCA specially like mine would have a lot of arm power, which obviously not the freaking case.
Worst still . . .
CCA today ends wif 1 hour fitness training
stomach muscle exercises 20 times 3 sets ----- F***K PAIN sia
Push ups 20 times 3 sets ---------------------- My arm like jelly after all of that
Run around School Track ---------------------- Can Die Liao
Imagine having to return home to do sch work some more.....
Sag liao sia .... today very bad- tempered seriously ..... tried to control sia (quite successful)
Its not like i do not do any sports, not obese, 100% weight indicator
maybe due to diet? Should i start taking meat? or Protein pills?
Sian sia Tml PE again wif CCA also . . . .
